Application of standard
The product is manufactured according to the standards of GB/T9330-2008 <Plastic insulated control cables>, IEC60227 < Polyvinyl chloride insulated cables of rated voltages up to and including 450/750V> and IEC60502 <Power cables with extruded insulation and their accessories for rated voltages from 1kV(Um=1.2kV) up to 30kV(Um=36kV)>. PVC insulated and sheathed control cable is suitable for the interconnection in controlling, signaling, protecting and measuring systems with rated voltages up to 0.6/1kV.
Rated power- frequency voltage U0/U:450/750V or 0.6/1kV.
Max. permissible continuous operating temperature of conductor: 70ºC.
The ambient temperature for cable installation: ≥0ºC. If the ambient temperature is lower than 0ºC, the cable should be preheated.
The bending radius of cables are recommended as follows:
Non-armoured cable: not less than 6 times of the cable diameter.
Armoured or copper tape screened cable: not less than 12 times of the cable diameter.
Screened flexible cable: not less than 6 times of the cable diameter.
